Frequently Asked Questions

Do you have food? We don’t have a kitchen, but we have chips, peanuts, and chocolate bars available for purchase. You're more than welcome to bring food in with you or order in while you play. We’ll provide plates and utensils.  

How long does it take to play? It takes approximately 1 hour per golfer to complete a full round (18 holes). 

How many people can play per bay? The public bays (MVMT Bay, Elgin Pure Water Bay, and Abode Home Comfort Bay) can accommodate groups of 4 maximum. The private bays (Elgin Realty Executive Bay and Boston Pizza Private/Fitting Bay) can accommodate groups of 6 maximum.  

Can I wear my golf shoes? Yes, but only if they’re clean and clear of any outdoor debris.  

Do I need to clean my clubs before I play?  Yes, please! In order for us to maintain the integrity of our facility and provide the same customer experience year-round, clean clubs are essential. A $10 cleaning fee will be enforced if we need to clean your clubs for you.  

Do I need to download the Trackman app? The Trackman app isn’t required to play at our facility, but we do recommend using the app. It has lots of fun and dynamic features and the data analytics will help improve your game. Learn more about the app here.  

Why do I hit it further at other simulators? We can’t tell you why you hit it further at other simulators, but we can tell you Trackman is the most accurate indoor golf simulator in the world. If the pros trust it, we think you should, too.  ​
